ExxonMobil takes the Pillar

HUNGARY ExxonMobil has leased the entire 29,000 sqm Pillar office building, which is being developed by GTC in Budapest’s Váci Office Corridor, with completion scheduled for Q1 2022.

According to the developer this is the largest ever prelease for an office building under construction Hungary. “Pillar will not only be an office building developed using the latest technology but a place where people working for ExxonMobil will enjoy spending time at the office, in the common areas, the garden, the restaurant, the coffee shop or the gym. I am so happy to be part of this amazing project with ExxonMobil,” says Bori Gedai the deputy country manager of GTC Hungary.
