Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Knight Frank to manage Wrocław old town building
The building has a total area of 1,800 sqm

POLAND Knight Frank has been appointed the manager of the Pod Złotym Psem town house on the eastern side of the Old Market Square in Wrocław. It has a total area of 1,800 sqm and dates back to the 13th century.

The gothic building has been reconstructed and extended several times over the past few centuries, and acquired its Baroque-style appearance in the 1700s. Destroyed in WWII, the house was completely reconstructed in 1994.

In 2012 the building underwent a major renovation. Its ground floor houses a café and a popular restaurant and a local brewery can be found on the first floor. The building’s is owned by Wita Stwosza Golden Dog.
