Colliers to take on Wiatraczna

The 11,000 sqm shopping centre, which opened in February 2018, is part of a 56,000 sqm complex developed by Dantex which also comprises offices and apartments. The tenants include Pepco, KiK, Rossmann, Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Media Expert.

“Warsaw’s Praga district and the Wiatraczna roundabout have once again become trendy parts of the city that are full of life. We are glad that the portfolio of buildings we manage has been expanded with yet another attractive and modern building. The Rondo Wiatraczna shopping centre is the seventh building that Colliers has taken under management this year, and we will not be stopping there. At present, we manage over 1,185,000 sqm in total, but it is possible that we might end the year at over 1,250,000 sqm,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, the director of real estate management services at Colliers International.
