CPI buys Equator IV
Equator IV has over 20,000 sqm gla
POLAND CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has completed the purchase of the Equator IV office building on Al. Jerozolimskie in central Warsaw.

The building, which was completed 2018, has a total gla of 20,800 sqm and an occupancy of 90 pct. Karimpol is both the seller and the developer of the property. “Our acquisition pipeline in Poland is robust and we expect to announce more transactions in the coming weeks and months,” said Tomas Salajka, the head of acquisitions and asset management at CPIG. The company previously announced that it was in the process of buying eight properties with a total gla of 235,000 sqm and since then it has already signed a preliminary contract to buy Green Park.
