Jurajska now ten years old
POLAND The Galeria Jurajska shopping centre in Częstochowa, which this year celebrates its tenth birthday, has announced further changes to its tenant mix.

A number of stores have also renewed their leases including Intersport, RTV Euro AGD, Levi’s, Sephora, Calzedonia and Home&You. A total of 44 tenants have taken on larger stores since the beginning of this year accounting for at least 11,000 sqm of the centre. “Our long-term business partners are happy with their results in the mall and with our rental terms. Our tenants like how the building and its surroundings have changed over the last five years and the increasingly strength of its position on the regional market,” says Anna Borecka- Suda, the leasing manager of Galeria Jurajska. The stores that are soon to open in the mall include Eobuwie.pl with a lease of just under 1,000 sqm, a Kodano optician’s with 95 sqm as well as a 100 sqm branch of MBank. The food section is soon to include restaurants by Makarun (41 sqm) and Pasibus (85 sqm). Galeria Jurajska is the largest shopping centre in the city with a gla of 49,000 sqm.
