Designer Outlet Warszawa to be expanded
The new wing has been designed by Chapman Taylor
POLAND Designer Outlet Warszawa in Piaseczno (16 km south of Warsaw) is being expanded by 5,500 sqm with the opening of the new wing planned for autumn 2020. The wing has been designed in the same style as the rest of the building, which is inspired by the Warsaw Old Town.

A new car is also to be built with spaces for 400 vehicles. The 17,000 sqm centre is owned by Deutsche Asset Management and managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping. Its current tenants include Armani, Boss, Calvin Klein, Furla, Guess, Liu Jo, Nike, Pandora, Pinko, Tommy Hilfiger and Trussardi.

“We are very pleased to start working on the development. Designer Outlet Warszawa has a strong position being a unique centre in the Warsaw area. The new retail section will meet the growing demands of our customers, which includes a growing number of tourists from all the regions of Poland as well as from abroad,” said Thomas Reichenauer, the managing director of ROS Retail Outlet Shopping.
