AFI to take over NEPI Rockcastle office portfolio
Floreasca Business Park has a gla of 36,300 sqm
ROMANIA NEPI Rockcastle is to sell its entire Romanian office portfolio to AFI Europe for around EUR 290 mln.

The properties included in the sale are Floreasca Business Park (36,300 sqm gla), The Lakeview (25,600 sqm gla), and Victoriei Office (7,800 sqm gla) in Bucharest as well as City Business Centre (47,800 sqm gla) in Timișoara. The deal is subject to approval from the Romanian competition authorites but should be completed by May 15th 2020, although the agreement also includes a provision to allow the deadline to be extended by an extra month. NEPI Rockcastle insists the disposal is in line with its strategy of concentrating on retail properties.

Colliers International brokered the deal for NEPI Rockcastle.
