One goes up in Moscow
One Tower will have a height of 405m
RUSSIA “The construction of the highest residential tower in Europe, the One Tower in Moscow, is on schedule and the work is being carried out around the clock,” reported Marat Chusnullin, a deputy mayor of Moscow, on his Instagram account.

He also announced that the project would be ready “in a few years.” Construction of the skyscraper, which is being developed by Mosinzhproekt, started in the summer of 2019. One Tower will be 405m in height with 104 floors storeys and three underground levels. The building will include 1,507 apartments with additional office space for 5,700 workstations. The building was designed by Sergei Skuratow and is to be the first residential tower in the Moscow-City district that is not designed as a luxury apartment block. The tower will also include a viewing platform on the 100th floor and will also feature a fitness centre with a swimming pool as well as a retail section with restaurants and cafés. Moscow-City is one of the largest urban projects to be developed in Russia for many years – the district is being built on the Presnenskaya waterfront, on the site of a former quarry and will include buildings for residential, office use as well as for entertainment and leisure.
