Star Capital buys Lighthouse Towers
The Lighthouse Towers development comprises over 27,000 sqm gla
CZECH REPUBLIC Star Capital Investments has bought the Lighthouse Towers centre in Prague’s Holešovice district from Deka Immobilien.

The property comprises two separate stand-alone office buildings one of four storeys and 6,500 sqm gla and the other of 19 storeys and 21,000 sqm gla. The buildings are BREEAM certified and the tenants include ČD Cargo, Accenture, Pharmaceutical Research Associates, LMC, and Pharma Swiss. Star received legal advice from Kinstellar for this transaction. Deka acquired the building in 2007 from Lighthouse Group, a company associated with GTC. The price has not been disclosed
