Portiva building up retail porfolio
The centre is anchored by a Sportissimo sports store
CZECH REPUBLIC Portiva has purchased a retail centre in Ivančice in South Moravia.

The centre has a sales area of 5,000 sqm, with long-standing tenants that include Takko and Pepco clothing stores, a DM drugstore, a Sportisimo sportstore and a Deichmann footwear store.

The centre was sold by Austrian developer Aventin for around CZK 250 mln [app. EUR 10 mln]. Portiva and its partners are currently have around CZK 2 bln to acquire a portfolio of retail properties. Portiva was advised by Kinstellar for this transaction.
