Local Heroes sets up shop
POLAND Local Heroes has opened its first fashion store of 81 sqm at ul. Mokotowska 49 in the Mokotowska Square building in Warsaw.

Local Heroes has been trading online in Poland since 2013 and its first store was opened on December 13th following the company’s ‘Are you really OK’ publicity campaign.

“Local Heroes has become popular very quickly not just in Poland, but also abroad. We’ve already seen global music stars wearing our products,” says Tomasz Czarnecki, the president of the board of Local Heroes.

Mokotowska Square is a class A office building in central Warsaw with 8,500 sqm of leasable office space and 1,100 sqm of retail space. It was completed in 2011 by Yareal Polska and is currently owned by Deka Immobilien.

Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. The tenant was represented by independent retail property agent Michał Konstanty during the negotiations.
