EDS Park Debrzno opens
Higasa has opened another retail centre, this time in Debrzno
POLAND EDS Retail Park and Higasa Properties have opened an EDS retail park in Debrzno on the southern border of the Pomeranian province.

The tenants include Delikatesy Centrum, Rossmann and Pepco. The project was financed through the contributions of small private investors as part of the Higasa Club, which offers an annual rate of return of 6.5 pct.

“Through the efforts of Higasa Properties, not only have we managed to find investors ready to finance the construction work but we are also negotiating with a target investor, who is looking to place the park in his portfolio. Upon the delivery, Higasa Properties is going to take over the management of the park,” explains Michał Ciapka, the CEO of Higasa Properties.

The two companies are also building a park in Legnica that is to be anchored by Biedronka.

“This means that we have practically built more than 3,500 sqm gla. This is not all, because we are designing, leasing and preparing documentation for further projects including a second stage for out Legnica project and our largest project to date which will be a 3,300 sqm park in Reda. Our work in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, where we are now signing further lease agreements, is also at a very advanced stage,” announces Michał Nowak, the CEO of EDS Retail Park.
