This is the second purchase made by KGAL in Poland

POLAND German investment and asset managment company KGAL has bought the Prosta Office Centre building in Warsaw’s Wola district from Cromwell Property Group for one of its real estate funds.

The building near the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout was completed in 2006 and has eleven floors with 21,000 sqm of office and retail space and three underground levels. "Today we are securing a location that tomorrow will be part of the new Warsaw city centre," said André Zücker, the managing director for real estate at KGAL Investment Management. This is the second purchase made by KGAL in Poland. In 2018 the company bought the 13,000 sqm Spark C building in Warsaw from Skanska. According to Savills, who advised the seller, it is the first deal to be completed in 2020.
