Yareal to bring more life back to Kamionek
HRA Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of Soho by Yareal

POLAND Soho by Yareal, a mixed-use complex of a dozen or so buildings, is to be constructed in Kamionek in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district.

The estate, which is the largest residential project in Yareal has announced to date, will comprise app. 900 apartments as well as retail and services. It will also feature a linear park separating the residential space from the commercial section, which will be housed in refurbished former factory buildings. The final area of the park is not yet known. The groundbreaking ceremony has already taken place for the project.

Soho by Yareal is a further continuation of the revitalisation of the formerly industrial part of Kamionek, which started a decade ago. This is a city-forming project involving the re-development of more than 5 ha of former factory sites, which will commemorating the history of the old buildings will also integrated them into modern development. The first stage is the ongoing construction of the first apartment buildings in Soho 18, which will comprise 131 apartments. The sales process began last April.

HRA Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of the complex, which is bounded by ul. Mińska, ul. Chodakowska, ul. Żupnicza and ul. Bliska. The project has been subject to BREEAM Communities certification since its initial design phases.
