Hi Piotrkowska reaches a high
The completion of the construction work is scheduled for June 2020

POLAND The 20-storey tower in the Hi Piotrkowska project, which is being built by Master Management Group in Łódź, has reached its target height of 82m and is now the tallest building in the city.

The completion of the construction work is scheduled for June 2020. “We are currently doing the finishing work on the façade and inside the office tower. We are also pleased with the noticeable progress on the smaller office building, which now has looks the way it was designed to. All the windows, the aluminium-glass façades and the roof coverings have now been fitted. The tenants will start moving in in the second quarter of this year,” says Justyna Drużyńska, the director of office operations at Master Management Group.

Hi Piotrkowska is a mixed-use office and service complex being developed in the very centre of Łódź. The project includes two office buildings as well as a Hampton by Hilton hotel. Construction work on the structure of the other five-story office building was completed in the first half of this year and the building is now in its lock-up stage. Together the two buildings will include 21,000 sqm of office space as well as 5,000 sqm of retail and service space. Work on the seven-storey Hampton by Hilton with 149 guestrooms has also reached the lock-up stage.
