Parkview now 80 pct leased
Parkview is to be LEED 'Platinum' certified
CZECH REPUBLIC Skanska has leased space to two tenants in its Parkview office development in Prague’s Pankrác district and now the project is 80 pct leased two month before completion.

An undisclosed software developer has leased 2,500 sqm, while an undisclosed consultancy has also taken up around 5,000 sqm. The two companies join IWG, which signed a lease for around 4,000 sqm in 2018 for its Spaces coworking brand.

Parkview will be a nine-story building designed by New York-based architectural studio Richard Meier & Partners and is to be LEED Platinum certified.

“We spend a large part of our day in the office. That is why we are offering our tenants people-friendly premises, not only from the point of view of health and mental well-being, but also premises which offer them the most effective and most attractive environment to work in. Parkview will for example also bring the Laundry box service, allowing tenants to have their washing done without even having to leave the building,” says Alexandra Tomášková, executive vice president operations for Hungary and the Czech Republic.
