Cemat’70 joins fight against the virus

Coronavirus
POLAND Cemat'70, which provides office and warehouse space on ul. Wólczyńska in Warsaw’s Bielany district, is to contribute towards the purchase of protective masks and clothing for hospitals, medical services and non-governmental organisations.

In addition to this, the company has launched its ‘Help for Rent’ support scheme.

“We know that organisations in the first line of combat against the coronavirus have found themselves in a difficult situation, but we believe that the early mobilisation of businesses can help in the fight against the pandemic,” insists Jarosław Lipiński, the CEO of Cemat'70.

“We have also launched the ‘Help for Rent’ support programme to contribute to this effort. Cemat'70 will temporarily make space available free of charge to those companies and organisations involved in the distribution and production of materials necessary for the fight against coronavirus to hospitals, medical services and the non-governmental institutions involved. We encourage other companies – not only in the real estate sector – to contact us by email if you want to help in any way at cematpomagam@cemat70.com,” he adds.

Cemat'70’s current portfolio includes land for the development of offices, warehouses and production facilities, most of which is located in Warsaw. Its main property on ul. Wółczyńska is partly built-up with industrial buildings and car parks. The 32,300 sqm complex contains storage, production, office and social space.
