Mirbud inks Ełk contract

Nathan is responsible for the English section of the magazine. Nathan was born in Manchester in the UK and completed a master’s degree in philosophy at the University of London. As well being responsible for editing the English section of ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine, he also contributes news from around Central Europe and articles on the investment and industrial markets and on architecture. In his free time he likes playing piano, drawing and cooking.

POLAND Mirbud’s contract has been finalised for the construction of a Bi1 grocery hypermarket and petrol station next to the Karuzela shopping centre in Ełk in northeastern Poland.

The contract, which has been signed with Immo SI Polska (owned by Schiever International), is worth PLN 30.5 mln net to Mirbud. Schiever is a franchisee of Auchan.

The Karuzela centre, which will contain more than 30 stores over 21,000 sqm, is being developed by Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM. It is scheduled to open in Q4 2020.
