TKD moves to Warsaw Airport
Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw Airport comprises 10,715 sqm of warehouse and office space

POLAND Cable and wire producer TKD Polska has leased 800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw Airport.

The new tenant of the building is the Polish division of German group TKD Kabel. It was represented in the negotiations by Cresa Poland.

“TKD Polska’s lease of this space means relocating its warehouse closer to its main office in Warsaw. Our client was looking for a class A SBU with high storage racks and where the heaviest goods of up to 5 tonnes could be stored on the floor. The location near the airport will significantly improve the supply to the company’s end-customers and provide access to qualified staff,” explains Miłosz Borkowski, a senior advisor in the industrial and warehouse department at Cresa Poland.

The Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw Airport on ul. Szyszkowa in Warsaw’s Włochy district comprises 10,715 sqm of warehouse and office space.
