No Limits for 7R’s green ambitions
The warehouse for No Limit will be the first 7R Green building

POLAND 7R has begun work on a 5,000 sqm warehouse for logistics operator No Limit in 7R Park Sosnowiec in Silesia.

The building, which will also include 430 sqm of offices for the tenant, should come into use in September. It is the first to be built according to the developer’s 7R Green eco-concept, which it introduced at the beginning of this year, and will be BREEAM certified.

“This is both the first BTS warehouse we are building for No Limit and the first constructed according to the 7R Green standard. It will be covered with a photovoltaic system, which requires, as part of its installation, the strengthening of the roof structure. We are also preparing the infrastructure for electric car charging stations and an internal car wash. The building’s façade will be covered with greenery, emphasising its environmental features. The entire project will provide optimal conditions for the sustainable logistics activities of our client. It will also showcase this new trend which we are introducing to the warehouse and industrial real estate market,” insists Maciej Krawiecki, the head of leasing at 7R.

The building will include eleven docks and twelve courier gates, including a semi-cross dock system (docks and L-system courier gates).

Kwadrat Polska and Atlas Ward are responsible for the architectural design, while the general contractor is Atlas Ward.

7R Park Sosnowiec comprises three existing buildings with a combined leasable area of 22,600 sqm. It is situated on ul. Innowacyjna in Sosnowiec, just off the S1 expressway.
