Warsaw Financial Center to be sold to Allianz and Curzon

Eurobuild CEE 09 August 2012
POLAND CA Immo and Pramerica Real Estate Investors, who each hold a 50 pct stake in the Warsaw Financial Center, have agreed to sell their holding in the property for a combined EUR 210 mln.
The buyers are a consortium made up of Allianz (87.5 pct) and Curzon Capital Partners III, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners (12.5 pct). The transaction is to be concluded once statutory closing conditions have been met. The 34-storey building, situated at the junction of ul. Emilii Plater and ul. Świętokrzyska, has a leasable area of 50,000 sqm, currently almost fully-leased to 73 tenants. Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed by CA Immo and Pramerica to represent them for the sale, while Salans is to act as their legal advisor. Warsaw Financial Center was bought as a joint-investment by the two companies in 2005 for around EUR 120 mln.
