Factory Warszawa Annopol is open

POLAND The Factory Warszawa Annopol outlet centre, which is owned by Neinver, is now open.

The centre, at the junction of Trasa Toruńska and ul. Annopol in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, has 120 shops on an area of 19,700 sqm. Tenants include Tommy Hilfiger, Mustang, Adidas, Nike, Reserved, Guess, Mohito, Cropp, House, Kazar, Lee Cooper, Levi’s, Cross Jeans, Big Star, Tom Tailor, Vero Moda, Wittchen and Digel. A Rossmann drugstore has also opened in the centre, as well as a Sphinx restaurant, a Jupi Park entertainment area for children and the first Smyk store to operate in an outlet store. Around 3,000 visitors came to the centre within the first hour of its opening. The construction costs for the centre came to EUR 35 mln.
