"For example, law firms have different needs than trade companies. So there is no single answer to what the perfect office should be like. What is important is to provide different kind of spaces within an office for free thinking. Apart from simply a desk and a computer, workers also need some space where they could interact with one another. This can be a conference room or a relaxation room, where people have the possibility to freely share experiences and talk about what the day was like. Such interactions might bear creative ideas for work. And every business can benefit from creative ideas," said Katarzyna Jasińska. She added that every company that arranges its office space should remember about is that keeping talented employees in the organisation is most important.
