Gerald Grüll

Gerald Grüll has been appointed to the position of head of asset management. He has 17 years of experience in real estate mostly within the international corporate retail sector. Most recently, he worked on the redesign, renovation and expansion of the Donauzentrum shopping centre in Vienna and the SCS mall in Vösendorf for Unibail-Rodamco. Gerald is 46 years old and comes from Austria. After studying spatial planning and regional development at TU Wien, he completed a masters degree in real estate at Danube University Krems and an executive management course for international real estate in Regensburg, Milan and Paris.
