Philip Green has been appointed as non-executive chairman. He has served as chairman of Carillion, the international integrated support services business, since 2014, having been appointed to the board in 2011, and also as chairman of BakerCorp. Philip was previously the chief executive of United Utilities from 2006 to 2011 and, prior to that, He was also chief executive of Royal P&O Nedlloyd, chief operating officer of Reuters Group and chief operating officer of DHL International.
