Steffen Friedlein

is to take over the post of managing director for leasing from the end of the year. Currently, he holds the position of senior director for leasing in Germany. Steffen was born in Stuttgart in 1968 and started his career at Kriegbaum Unternehmensgruppe in Böblingen, where he last held the position of head of leasing. He has been with ECE since April 1999 when he first worked as a leasing manager for DEZ Kassel and Altmarkt-Galerie in Dresden. He then moved on to centres in Karlsruhe and Schweinfurt before being appointed to the position of regional director for the newly created Northwest region in 2008. He was appointed senior director for leasing for North Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Italy at the beginning of 2013. Since 2014, he has been responsible for the leasing all ECE centres in Germany.
