Michał Śmietański

is to join the board of directors as the head of the legal department. He is a legal counsel with many years of professional experience in the commercial property market. He will be responsible for every legal and compliance issue and will provide legal advice coordinating professional services delivered for Cresa and its clients. Prior to joining Cresa, for over twelve years Michał was an in-house lawyer at Cushman & Wakefield with responsibility for international legal and compliance issues. He also has experience ofreal estate transactions and lease negotiations.
