Chris Ludeman

Chris Ludeman has been named global president for capital markets. In this role, he will oversee the global growth and integration of CBRE’s capital markets services business line, including its Investment Sales, debt and structure finance and capital advisors (investment banking) activities worldwide. He began his career in CBRE as a sales trainee in 1980. Most recently, he has held the position of president of the capital markets business in the Americas, before which, he ran CBRE’s brokerage business in the Americas. Chris is a member of CBRE’s global operating committee, Americas executive board and Americas operations management board. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
