Laurentiu Lazar

Laurentiu Lazar is is to take over as the new managing partner from Ilinca Paun, from March. He has over eleven years of experience in real estate valuation, consultancy and investment. He has led the valuations and investment teams for the last five years and under his leadership properties with a total value of around EUR 35 mln have been assessed, while the Investment department has closed transactions with a total value of over EUR 500 mln. In his new role, Laurentiu will be in charge of business administration in Romania, as well as working with department heads to meet their financial targets. Ilinca Paun, the current managing partner, who has run the company since 2010, will remain a member of the board in Romania and will continue to advise on developing the company's Romanian strategy.
