Ljudmila Popova

Ljudmila Popova, the head of business development and investor relations, has been promoted to the group executive management team. She first joined Atrium in April 2009 as a financial analyst working alongside the CEO and CFO and was initially responsible for valuations. Since then she has taken on a number of additional responsibilities and currently is responsible for all of the group’s capital markets activity, as well as investor and bondholder relations. She also heads the research department. Prior to joining Atrium, Ljudmila was an equity research analyst at Kempen & Co, a specialist merchant bank in the Netherlands, where she focused on real estate companies, with large exposures in Central and Eastern Europe, including Atrium. She has a master’s degree in econometrics from the University of Amsterdam.
