Olga Zemtsova

Olga Zemtsova has been appointed director of the strategic consulting department. She will be responsible for the strategic consulting business lines well as for finding new business. Prior to her appointment, She was the deputy director of strategic consulting department in JLL, where she worked for twelve years. Her professional experience includes consulting on retail as well as mixed-use real estate in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the Baltic States.

Olga has a strong advisory background in managing a wide range of projects in such spheres as feasibility, concept development and portfolio strategy across office, industrial and retail. She has been worked with such clients as TPS, AFI development, Kortros, Renova, KB Strelka, EBRD, IKEA, and Mercury Properties.
