Mike Gerard

Mike Gerard has been appointed the newly created position of global president for valuations and is to oversee the global integration and growth of the valuation services business line. In 2012, CBRE performed more than 118,000 valuation assignments around the world. Mike is to work closely with CBRE’s regional valuation leaders to enhance the company’s service offering for clients. He has been with CBRE since 2005. Most recently, he was the president of the U.S. central division, where he provided executive oversight for 29 offices in nine states.
