Marcin Żak

Marcin Żak has joined the real estate practice and will provides legal advice on the sale and purchase of real estate; investment, leasing and commercialisation; as well as claims management and construction contracts. He has extensive experience in the structuring and development of infrastructure projects and has advised clients from the commercial, residential and logistics sectors on real estate, public-private partnerships and public procurement matters. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Marcin worked with another prominent international law firm in Warsaw.
