Janis Šperbergs

Janis Šperbergs has beem appointed to the supervisory board, the other members of which are Andres Trink, Tõnu Toomik, and Priit Roosimägi. He started his career in 1979 but joined Merks in 2005 as a construction director. In 2009 he was appointed to the management board, a position which he now relinquishes with his latest appointment. Janis graduated from Riga Polytechnical Institute with a degree in construction engineering and went on to study construction planning and management at the Moscow Institute of Production Planning and Management. Merks is the Latvian subsidiary of the Merko Ehitus group.
