Marek Stasieńko has been promoted to regional leasing manager and will assume leadership of the leasing team in southern Poland, where the Skanska is currently developing three office projects (in Katowice, Kraków and Wrocław), with a combined gla of 116,000 sqm. Marek has seven years of experience on the commercial real estate market. He has been working for Skanska Property Poland since 2011. Previously he worked for international consulting companies including Knight Frank, where he was responsible for tenant and landlord representation, lease agreement negotiations, as well as consultancy for major European investment funds, including SEB and DEKA.
