Magdalena Nowak

Magdalena Nowak has been appointed to the position of consultant in the regional office in Wrocław and will be responsible for the everyday office services delivered by the office agency department and will closely cooperate with clients, both tenants and developers. Magdalena will also be responsible for the Promenady ZITA office project where Savills acts as an exclusive agent. She joined Savills from the Real Estate Group at Ernst & Young, where she worked as a senior consultant and the sole representative of the Real Estate Group in Wrocław. Magdalena has six years’ experience in real estate advisory and valuation. She has performed valuation analysis of commercial and residential properties as well as investment land, both in Poland and abroad for large domestic and international clients. She has also worked on various advisory projects, performing location and competitive environment analysis, tenant mix scenarios and highest and best use analyses for various commercial development projects throughout Poland. Magdalena graduated in finance and banking from the Wrocław University of Economics. In her spare time, she loves skiing and snowboarding as well as cycling and sailing. She is also interested in photography and the architecture of pre-war Wrocław.
