Jerzy Wiśniewski

Jerzy Wiśniewski has been appointed president of the management board by the supervisory board of the company. Jerzy Wiśniewski is the main shareholder and founder of PBG and was the president of the management board of PBG for 14 years, until the end of June 2012. He resigned from this function in order to work on the supervisory board as its president. He has been replaced on the supervisory board by Maciej Bednarkiewicz, who had been the vice president of the supervisory board at PBG.
