John Palmer

John Palmer has been appointed as industrial investments director for Central and Eastern Europe. He has been promoted in this new position to advise clients from the industrial sector in maximising business value resulting from their real estate involvement. John has over 18 years of experience in Poland in the commercial real estate market. He has been the head of valuation of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Poland for the last two years and also held numerous director positions during his career, leading teams responsible for investment, valuation and consulting in many organisations, including CBRE. He has specific expertise in logistics consultancy and investments and valuations, and is a member of the European Logistics Group that functions as part of BNP Paribas Real Estate. John is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
