Marta Słysz

has re-joined DTZ’s retail leasing team as senior consultant. She will be responsible for creating and advising on the retail lease strategies, the commercialization of new retail projects, but also re-commercialization, budget planning, as well as negotiations and renegotiations of lease deals. Marta has a seven year retail property experience, gained from working for such companies as Metro Properties and Carrefour Polska. At the latter, Marta served as department manager, working for four years on the commercialization of 39 Carrefour shopping centres in Poland. She graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw with a master’s degree in tourism and leisure and also received a Warsaw School of Economics post-graduate diploma in real estate trading. Marta is a licensed real estate agent.
