Monika Woźniak-Zawioła has joined DTZ Poland’s capital markets team as director for retail properties, where she will be responsible for retail and shopping centre investment transactions while reporting to DTZ’s senior director, Craig Maguire. Monika has over 16 years of professional experience from working for such companies as ING Real Estate, TriGranit Development, Apsys and ECE Projektmanagement, where she was responsible mostly for retail projects. She held the position of acquisition and development manager at TriGranit and Apsys, and served as development manager at ECE Projektmanagement.
