Saydam Salaheddin

Saydam Salaheddin has joined JLL as regional director, head of capital markets for Russia and CIS. At the same time, Saydam remains non-executive director of the boards of such companies as MirLand Development Corporation and Cinema Park. He has an over 17-year professional experience in the investment and real estate markets. In the past, Saydam held senior management positions in major investment banking and real estate companies. Most recently he worked as independent finance professional advising Russian companies, including Renaissance Construction and Development, Renaissance Capital, Vi Holding Development and MR Group. Between 1998 and 2011 he held a number of positions at Credit Suisse in London and Moscow. Saydam left the company as managing director of the investment banking department where he was responsible for real estate and consumer products in Russia, CIS and Turkey. In 2011 he joined Renaissance Capital as managing director, investment banking responsible for global real estate operations. Saydam Salaheddinat, who speaks six languages, graduated from King's College London and Paris-Sorbonne University.
