Joanna Kłusek has been appointed DTZ's new director responsible for retail property management. Joanna joins the company from BOIG (Blue Ocean Investment Group) where she served as investment and development director and oversaw a EUR 140 mln retail portfolio. Joanna, who holds a CCIM certification, has extensive financing, leasing, asset management and leasing experience from working across various retail formats, including retail parks, shopping centers, strip malls, convenience centers and outlets.
