Eglė Surplienė

Eglė Surplienė has been appointed as the new director of INVL Baltic Farmland. Eglė will replace Darius Šulnis, who will remain a member of the company’s board. In her new role, Eglė will supervise operations of the asset administrator. She graduated from the Vilnius University with a degree in economics and mathematics. Previously she served as director of the financial advisory company Gerovės Valdymas and worked for such companies as Bank Finasta, Žabolis ir Partneriai and Vilfima. In the past Eglė was also a member of the Lithuanian securities commission. INVL Baltic Farmland holds 17 companies that jointly own 3,000 ha agricultural land plots in Lithuania, of which over 99 pct are being leased to farmers and agricultural companies.
