Evgeniy Semenov

Evgeniy Semenov has been appointed regional director of the capital markets department at JLL Russia & CIS. Evgeniy has over 20 years of professional real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL, Evgeniy was a deputy general director of RG Development where he was responsible for the company’s investment and commercial strategy. He also spent nine years with Knight Frank and left the company as partner and the head of capital markets. A RICS member, Evgeniy holds an MBA from California State University.
