Mariusz Rodak

has been appointed as the chief executive officer of BPI Polska, a developer and a member of the CFE Group headquartered in Belgium. He will succeed Frederik Lesire, who will return to the main headquarters of the company in Brussels. Mariusz is a graduate of the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning of Łódź University and a scholar of the Mainz University of Applied Sciences. Before being appointed as the chief executive officer of BPI, between 2011 and 2016, he was a member of the management board of TREI Real Estate Poland, where he was responsible for the management and expansion of the portfolio. Between 2009 and 2011, he was the project development senior professional of the Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development team. He was also employed by Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development in 2006–2008. In 2008–2009, he was the chief technical officer and a member of the management board of Chmielna Development, which is owned by Kulczyk Real Estate Holding. In addition, he has been employed as an architect by the Porr / UBM Group in Warsaw and in Vienna, as well as with Epstein, Jankil and JPM Design & Build. In his private life, he is a husband and the father of three children. He is interested in extensive farming and photography. He speaks German and English fluently.
