Piotr Sosiński

The new president of company’s board is Piotr Sosiński, who has replaced Jan Koman in this position. Piotr, who holds a PhD in legal studies, was previously involved with local government and worked as a legal counsel. In 2007–2010 he was the deputy mayor of Wałbrzych and ran an independent legal practice servicing commercial law companies. He is a lecturer and the head of the department of administrative law at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Przedsiębiorczości in Wałbrzych. He has been involved with the capital market for over 16 years, having been a member of the supervisory boards of Pom-Eko in Szczecinek (2000–2001), Kopalnie Surowców Skalnych in Złotoryja (2006–2007) and Przedsiębiorstwo Zamek Książ in Wałbrzych (2007–2010). He was also the secretary of the management board of the Lower Silesia Tourism Organisation for two years.
