Dorota Osiecka

Dorota Osiecka has joined the recently established workplace innovation department at Colliers International as a director. Together with Sylwia Pędzińska – who is heading the department – she will advise clients on the development of workplace strategies and change management. Since 2008 Dorota has focused on the field of workplace innovation, specializing in major workplace transformation projects for clients in the UK and globally as senior strategy consultant at DEGW London. In 2012 she became one of the leaders of strategic workplace consulting on the Polish market. During her career in the area of workplace strategy, she has been responsible for management of strategic projects for corporate and public sector clients. For the implementation of innovative workplace strategies, flexible working solutions and creating an inspiring and stimulating work environment Dorota has advised companies from the IT, consulting, telecom, banking, pharmaceutical, BPO, FMCG and many other sectors.
