Katarzyna Matusiak

Taylor Wessing’s Warsaw team has been joined by Katarzyna Matusiak, who has been appointed as a senior associate in the team responsible for corporate law, M&A and capital markets. Katarzyna specialises in legal consultancy concerning mergers and acquisitions as well as servicing real estate transactions. Her area of expertise also includes economic, civil and construction law, in particular aspects related to the legal service for infrastructural projects. She has participated in multistage deals involving the purchase of stocks and shares, property sales and purchases by investment funds as well as the financing of real estate projects. She also has experience in the development of complex retail and office space leases. She has conducted a number of legal due diligence analyses as part of various transactions. She has been an advisor since 2012. Before joining Taylor Wessing she gained knowledge and experience from working for Polish and international law offices.
