The best period in history
Warsaw’s office investment market is experiencing its best period in history. At the end of Q3 2019, the total investment volume in the capital city amounted to EUR 1.71bn, very close to the entire 2018 result. By the year-end the market is expected to turn over between EUR 2.1bn and EUR 2.3bn, up by more than 30% on last year. In terms of regional office markets, the investment volume reached EUR 1.06bn at the end of Q3 2019, matching the level recorded in the whole of last year. This year’s total investment volume in regional cities will hit EUR 1.3–1.5bn, 25-40% above the equivalent level in 2018.
