Accolade - an international investor in the commercial real estate market – has announced that Poland will remain one of its most important markets for development in the near future. After three years in Poland, Accolade has nine industrial complexes with an area of 588,000 sqm worth EUR 360 mln. The group is also considering further expansion across Europe.
